1. Returns and Refunds
At Dubai Parfums, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the products for a refund.
2. Return Conditions
You have 14 days from the date your combined shipment is delivered to request a return.
The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns
Please note:
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the product back to us.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
We do not refund the original shipping charges.
4. Refund Process
Since orders are shipped only after your total purchases reach €350, refunds can only be processed after shipment and delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
Customers may request to cancel orders before the combined shipment is dispatched.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order that has not yet shipped.
